In addition to looking after professional teams and organising sports tours for amateur teams, OTEVS’ experience extends to the organisation of supporter and sponsor trips to sporting occasions and concerts. Whether the enquiry is for a small group of corporate VIPs wanting to visit the Formula One in Germany, a group of 50 sales managers from the US travelling on an incentive to take in the Champions League Final or golf fans wanting to visit The Masters in Augusta, OTEVS have the connections and experience to make sure an interesting and enjoyable itinerary can be put together to justify the spend of the clients.
In 2011, we were appointed as official tour operator for Germany for the UEFA Euro 2012™ Championships in Ukraine and Poland. Here, we will be offering packages for German fans to watch the games of their national team in Ukraine and Poland.
In addition to the tour operating status, we have been asked by Thomson Sports (TUI UK PLC) to act as logistics partner in Ukraine and Poland. This large contract will see OTEVS sourcing and contracting coaches for supporters and sponsors groups and arranging the dispatching of all vehicles on match days as well as co-ordination of assistants to meet the clients and accompany and help them throughout.
